Sigh! Your recipe sounds so enticing but I have to eat gluten-free, and that makes yeast dough a special challenge. So far I've only tackled making GF challah.
Sadly, I have zero knowledge of gluten free baking. I'm definitely going to make an effort in the coming year to learn and develop a few gluten-free Jewish baking recipes.
With the exception of yeast dough, I've found gluten-free baking super easy, pretty much all you have to do is use measure-for-measure instead of regular flour. Some breads and cakes come out a tad crumblier, but it works.
Great post! I'm 100% with you on all the commercial pumpkin spice (and the pumpkin spice hummus is a crime). We can't get all the product here so it's a thrill when I time my US trips just right! The pumpkin bread sounds great!
